Let’s Connect Postcard Program
Make a connection by sending a positive message to a resident living at CapitalCare Centres. Choose from three postcard templates to send a special message. It can be sent to a loved one or to us and we will give to a resident that could use a pick me up at this time. Each postcard is fillable so that you can type in it, save it and then email it back. We will print your card and pass it on to residents to spread the positivity! For more details and to access the postcards, please click here.
We know you still care about residents so here are some other ways you can help:
- Send artwork. Take a photo or scan it and send in an email so that we can print and hang it in resident rooms. This is a great way for children to get connected!
OR
- Make a donation for program supplies or tech devices so we can continue to lift up residents’ spirits by making connections. A great example of a project funded by CapitalCare Foundation is CapitalCare Dickinsfield’s Connect Corner. It’s a place where residents have access to technology like computers and iPads and can connect with family over Facetime, email and social media. To make a donation, click here.
